The Worker Protection (Amendment of Equality Act 2010) Act 2023 has introduced significant changes to UK employment law, strengthening protections against sexual harassment in the workplace.
The goal of this training is to:
- Increase awareness of what constitutes sexual harassment.
- Provide guidance on how to recognise and report incidents.
- Promote a culture of respect and equality in our workplace.
It's important to understand that sexual harassment is unacceptable behaviour, regardless of the perpetrator's position or relationship with the victim. By working together to prevent and address sexual harassment, we can create a safer and more inclusive workplace for everyone.
